Message I used to go to school in a 260 and a 280 for back in the mid 70's. Then our neighbor in the late 80's got a Anniversary 300zx turbo. We would go out in that and it was fun for it's time. Then I remember the Z32 coming out and seeing the commercials. I was listing to Motley Crue Dr. Feelgood and trying to find myself in life. So went into the Marines for 8 years. Meanwhile a few of my longtime friends all had gotten Supra's in the mid 90's. So whenever we'd go out in their cars. I knew I didn't want to same thing as them and remember back to that 300zx Twinturbo and loved the look of it better. That commercial with the Bikes stood out in my mind when the time for me to look for a car came. So in 1997 I started looking. I was still in the Marines and stationed out in Chicago at the time. I went looking for a Black Z and had to be a manual. Back then the 90 and 91's where still running near $20,000. I even looked at a 1995 Red TT on the showroom floor in 98 for $35,000. I found a 1991 Black Z all the way in Indianapolis, IN and drove all the way down there just for a test drive. That's how hard core I was looking. I didn't get that one because it was a daily driven car and has some rust issue's. So I started looking for web sites to learn more about the car and find owner's. So came across this site in OCT 98.

So from then on I knew I was going to want a West Coast car. I was getting out of the Marines in early 1999 and was coming to WA state and I'd buy the car there. So I moved here in April 1999 and by May 1999 I had bought the Z I have today. The rest is a long history with it after that. I did buy another 1991 Yellow TT 2 years ago. Keep it for about a year and then wanted something else. Something different and I remembered what a 600rwhp Supra felt like back in the mid's 90's and knew that would be next for me. That's another story and now today I already have another ride in store coming. This time it's a Dodge.
